Alchemy International Football Academy delivers football skill development through progressive training in a professional way. The key to our framework is skill assessment to administer the required training so that the students can progress and hone their skill sets. Our training programs follow the world renowned training framework developed by Villarreal CF, Spain and administered by our Technical Director and his team.

Derryl Dsouza - Technical Director, Alchemy International football academy

Derryl is the only male Coach from India to complete " Project Future Coach " run by Asian Football Confederation (AFC) during 2009-2012.

Derryl holds AFC A License since 2015 and has wide experience in Grassroots, Youth & Professional football over a decade. Derryl was Technical Director for Goa FootballDevelopment Council for 5 years and has developed many youth players for the national squads. Derryl is also an AIFF Coach Instructor since 2014. He has completed his DFB International Coaching Course from Hennef , Germany with an international assignment inBV Borussia Dortmund. Derryl has undertaken Grassroots, Youth Senior FIFA Coaching Courses and has the honours of being the only male Coach from India to complete " Project Future Coach " run by Asian Football Confederation (AFC) during 2009-2012. AIFF also nominated him during 2022 for the prestigious FIFA Coach Educator Pathway Project.
